Will my access ID and password change as a result of this upgrade?
Yes
When you logon the first time on October 24th, you will click on the “Upgrade Account” button. You will then be required to enter your bank account number and the last 4 digits of your social security number will be your temporary password. You will then be prompted to enter a new access ID number and a new password which can be the ones that you are currently using.

For security purposes the new password and access ID must consist of the following:

Minimum Password = 8 characters

Maximum Password =16 characters

Number of Alpha Characters Required = 1

Access ID must be at least 6 characters

You will be prompted for your e-mail address and will be asked to provide a security question and answer (i.e. mother’s maiden name) for privacy/security control. To better safeguard your password after the upgrade you will also be required to change your password every 90 days.

What is the last date that bill payments can be entered in the current system?

The last date for processing payments will be October 14, 2005. If you have a new bill payment with a due date beyond October 14, you will need to make that payment by check or reenter it into the new system on October 28th or afterwards.

How will my existing bill payment records be treated?
Any payment currently in the system with a due date beyond October 14, 2005, will need to be reentered on the new system after October 28th.

Will my vendor records and payment history be converted?
- VERY IMPORTANT

No

Vendor records will need to be reentered into the new system. Before 10-14-05, you may capture your Payee information from our current screen by clicking on the “Payment and Payee” tab and clicking on the “Print” icon. This will print a list of your payees and all of the information that you will need to reenter on or after October 28th, except for the postal mailing address.

For your convenience you may want to print payment histories up to date and retain for your records. You can do this by clicking the “All Payments History” tab and enter the “from and to” dates and then select “View History” and click the “Print” icon.

How will recurring transfers/payments be treated?
Any recurring transfer or payment you currently have set up with a date beyond October 14, 2005, will need to be reentered on the new system after October 28th.

As always, we appreciate the opportunity to serve you. If you have any questions, please call customer service at (912) 739-1621. We believe you will enjoy the new enhancement to your internet banking account.

Will I continue to have two separate logins for online banking and bill payment?
NO, after the account upgrade on October 24, 2005 the bill payment system will be intergraded into our online banking. You will no longer need separate logins in order to access and pay bills from your account. After the upgrade, once you login to online banking and select the account you would like to pay from a new “billpay” button will be added to your menu choices. This new “billpay” button will link you to our new bill payment system.
